The Blendz culture starts with each individual crew member.  One of the things that sets us apart from others in our industry is the emphasis that we place on our people that we work with, from the crew members behind the counter to delivery drivers to our corporate support staff.  We understand that each and every person that works for us has a life outside of our green and purple walls and we respect and encourage it and strive to create a harmonious balance between work and life.   We understand that our future success and profitability starts with each individual behind the counter and we also realize that the hard work and dedication that each crew member puts in each and everyday is vital to that success and profitability.  This is why we focus so much on the people we work with.  From crew members being able to voice their opinions to upper management to our “Blendzational” companywide get togethers, we never lose focus of our most important asset.  This is so vital that it is even included in the fundamental mission statement of our company.  We have a commitment to not only hire the best of the best, but also the most fun, creative, unique, enthusiastic and dedicated people out there.  Like the different ingredients in one of our delicious salads, each person brings their own unique style, creativity and energy to add to a culture in which we thrive, succeed, have fun and call our own.
